Poker-playing dogs and tandems at Sheffield illustration show

B&B Gallery and clothing label Drop Dead are collaborating on a new show, which will see top illustrators exhibiting at Drop Dead’s headquarters in Sheffield.

The combined HQ and shop space features a loft, a mezzanine with offices (which hosts most of the show) and ground floor shop space.

The likes of Kid Acne, Florence Blanchard and Ben Normanton have been commissioned by B&B, which says, ‘We have been friends with Drop Dead for a number of years and fell in love with their new premises when we came to their opening party a few months ago.

‘We felt this was the perfect location to curate a show with B&B artists and host a summer party together.’

B&B has commissioned pieces which it says chime with Drop Dead’s ethos and its latest Crazy Life collection.

B&B Gallery says, ‘The artists we selected are painters, illustrators and printmakers we have worked with over the past 12 months, as well as a couple of new additions to the roster, who we felt were close to the spirit of the brand.’
