The restaurants will occupy approximately 1115m2 on the two upper floors of a new building adjacent to the main retail complex. Both parts of the development are due to open in spring 2013.
The design concepts for both restaurants will be developed specifically for Trinity Leeds, and it is thought that one venue will be a modern French restaurant and the other a bar and grill serving British food.
Although design concepts are in development, both restaurants will feature outdoor terraces with views of Leeds’ Holy Trinity Church.
