The London-based organisation is seeking to appoint up to eight consultancies to the four-year framework agreement, which will be worth £2 million-£3 million.
The consultancies will be tasked with working on large and small marketing campaigns, including corporate communications and sales and development campaigns.
Affinity Sutton says it expects to commission four large campaigns, such as brand audits and the creation of bid documents, each year, as well as numerous smaller campaigns.
The deadline for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 11 June.
