Shed works on Kurt Geiger shoe hall in Harrods

Interior design consultancy Shed has been appointed by shoe brand Kurt Geiger to design the new women’s shoe hall for Harrods in London.

The consultancy was appointed earlier this year following a three-way pitch.

Matt Smith, chief executive of Shed, says, ‘The challenge was to create something that captured a bygone era of retail, with real glamour and a sense of expectation.’

Neil Clifford, chief executive of Kurt Geiger, says, ‘Without wanting to give too much away, Shed has managed to come up with a totally original and relevant response that will be one of the prestigious projects of the year.’
