Logo for Dublin, by Annie Atkins



Designer Annie Atkins, famed for her work on Wes Anderson’s film The Grand Budapest Hotel, has created a new logo for Dublin, working with Think & Son, the consultancy she co-founded.

The new identity is part of a marketing campaign backed by Fáilte Ireland and the four Dublin local authorities which will be pitched at international visitors to the Irish capital.

The campaign is titled Dublin – a breath of fresh air – and Fáilte Ireland says the new identity aims to “communicate Dublin’s unique position as a vibrant capital city bursting with a variety of surprising experiences and a destination where city living thrives side-by-side with the natural outdoors”.
