Pantone Café, by Pantone


Pantone Café has returned to Monaco for its second season, decked out in the brand’s PANTONE 18-1764 colour – Monte Carlo Red.

Playing on what it calls the “psychology of colour in relation to food styling”, the café features a new menu where each food item references one of the brand’s signature hues, such as Heineken Green.

“In today’s design obsessed culture, food provides one more avenue for artistic expression,” says Laurie Pressman, vice president of the Pantone Colour Institute. “Each colour has its own different taste, smell, texture, and personality, all of which come together to inspire the soul and whet the appetite.”
