Consultancy Spinach has designed and self-published The Life Negroni through Spinach Publishing. The 300-page book charts the rise of the negroni cocktail and its influence on the worlds of art, design and fashion.
It has been written and edited by Spinach director of branding Leigh Banks and his wife Nargess Banks.
Leigh Banks, says: “The potential to explore the Negroni and its supporting cast of ingredients, producers, distillers, bars, famous hotels, and bon vivants through the prism of prose, art, photography, fashion, and of course, tasting, was potent. We were adamant that the result would not just be another cocktail or drinks book. I think we have succeeded in delivering our vision.”
