On the topic of client-specific account teams (Vox Pop, DW 6 April), I’d like to think that, while people are loyal to their clients, they are primarily loyal to the agency that employed them and which has, hopefully, given them the experience, training, reward and recognition they deserve. In my experience, clients are better served by exposure to a variety of people – fresh thinking, new perspectives and the most appropriate skills.
