East Midlands Trains ad campaign, by M&C Saatchi

M&C Saatchi has created a new series of TV ad campaigns for East Midlands Trains, which tell real customer stories.

The animated ads aim to show the “compassionate values of EMT employees”, says M&C Saatchi.

The first ad details the story of a child losing their teddy bear on a train, for it to be replaced by an EMT employee.

The ads are part of a brand campaign for East Midlands Trains to drive “deeper engagement” with its passengers.
