Anti Copying in Design co-founder Dids Macdonald has been recognised for services to the design industry. Reading Room chief executive Margaret Manning also receives an OBE, for services to British exports.

Terence Conran relaunches Les Deux Salons

Terence Conran turned to Spin Architecture’s Chatel de Brancion to redesign Les Deux Salon – which he acquired last year – and she has sought to “make it more French and more contemporary”.

Kate Moross: “I’m not a ‘woman in design’ – I’m a designer”

Kate Moross is an illustrator, designer, art director and film-maker who runs Studio Moross. She works with bands including Disclosure, Sam Smith and One Direction, has illustrated for Vice, Dazed & Confused and Super Super and last year published her first book – Make Your Own luck.

This week, Moross was in conversation with Pentagram partner Marina Willer at the consultancy’s London studio, talking about her influences, work ethic and being a woman in design.
